This  spring we were lucky enough to see  a monster wave come in and watch some of the best kayakers in the world session it.  This wave was so big that  watching people front surf was exciting.  They were in the air almost the whole time they were out there.  
    In the slide show below you will get to see photos of the lead in and run out of this wave.  You had to run coliseum from the top just to get out far enough to catch the wave paddling as hard as you could.  Then once you caught the wave it was  a  powerful very dynamic always changing feature.  Once you flushed of the wave you had to high tail it to either shore to catch an eddie before the ledge.  I can’t say enough good things about the guys who were surfing this wave trying to push our sport to the next level.  It was an amazing thing to watch and we should have some video footage coming out soon.
